INVICTUS/VIP Waiver – is neither the source nor supplier of the requested travel services; it functions only as an agent for the actual services provided by the suppliers
We hereby advise all passengers that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied by INVICTUS/VIP are the ones actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased. The passenger agrees to and requests the use of those suppliers and agrees not to hold INVICTUS/VIP responsible should any of these suppliers a) fail to provide the travel services purchased; b) fail to comply with any applicable law; or c) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
INVICTUS/VIP is not responsible for, nor will it will be held liable for, any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of actions, omissions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Passengers acknowledge that travel to many parts of the world may involve facing the risk of various hazards to health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism, and warfare. Each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, therefore INVICTUS/VIP cannot under any circumstances advise or recommend whether travel to any specific place at any specific time should be undertaken. We recommend that the traveler should refer to independent third-party sources of travel information, such as the U.S. Department of State – travel.state.gov.
The traveler must review his/her travel documents for accuracy upon receipt; you should contact INVICTUS/VIP for any questions. You understand that most airfares normally involve restrictions and that, changing any aspect of the arrangements, may result in the payment of additional fees or forfeiting the amount paid in its totality.
We recommended that payment is made through a major credit card in order to obtain protection in the event of bankruptcy or default by a service provider.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires that a government-issued identification card is carried in order to board a flight. Upon booking, the passenger is always advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must match the same such data that is listed on the airline ticket and in the booking documents. If passengers fail to adhere to these requirements, they may be denied boarding or to incur a delay at an airport security checkpoint, potentially causing passengers to miss a flight.
International travel requires a valid passport with minimum validity of six months from the scheduled return date and –depending on the destination and nationality–a visa may also be required. It is your responsibility to inquire with the appropriate authorities if any visa is required and to make the appropriate arrangements to obtain such visa.
Note to Client: Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department’s Web site at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport-holders should also contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to secure entrance requirements. For medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC’s Web site www.cdc.gov
You understand that airline tickets, air tours or other products you purchased are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed following the date of purchase. Price increases beyond such date may be applied due to additional costs by a supplier or government. You acknowledge that the traveler may be charged additional fees by INVICTUS/VIP to offset increased costs, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination that may result from the aforementioned circumstances.
We strongly recommended travel insurance to protect against certain unexpected travel risks such as the bankruptcy of a supplier or the need to cancel your trip due to medical or personal emergencies.
